TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms govern the supply of goods and services by The Early Upcycled Approach (“we”, “us”, “our”) to customers in Australia. By purchasing products or engaging our consultation services, you agree to these Terms.
We operate as a Sole Trader registered in New South Wales. Legal enquiries may be directed to admin@earlyupcylcedapproach.com.au.
We supply upcycled and pre-owned resources, furniture, ready-to-purchase items, custom-made products, and consultation packages for Early Learning Services.
Full payment is required before collection or delivery. Payment may be made via bank transfer or through the secure “Pay Now” option on invoices issued via Xero. Orders are confirmed once cleared funds are received. Consultation services require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure the booking, with the balance payable within seven (7) days of delivery. Unpaid balances may result in recovery action. Deposits for custom items are non-refundable once production has commenced.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where goods are faulty, unsafe, or not as described, we will provide a remedy as required by law.
Products may include upcycled or pre-owned materials, so natural wear and minor imperfections may be present and don't constitute faults.
Products are for supervised use within Early Learning environments. Some items may present choking hazards and are suitable for children aged 0–6 years under supervision. Customers are responsible for risk assessments and ensuring regulatory compliance. We are not liable for misuse, lack of supervision, or failure to follow care instructions.
All branding, designs, consultation materials, and website content remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written consent.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of go or services supplied. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
The Early Upcycled Approach does not offer refunds for change of mind. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully prior to purchase.
If a product is believed to be faulty, customers must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the item and may be required to provide photographic evidence. Where a product is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as required.
Exchanges may be considered at our discretion within seven (7) days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and the customer covers any return transport costs. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Early Upcycled Approach is committed to protecting your privacy and complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for the operation of our business and the provision of our services.
The types of personal information we may collect include your name, email address, phone number, business name, service address, and payment confirmation details. This information is collected through website forms, email correspondence, and consultation bookings.
We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to collect anonymised website usage data in order to improve our services and marketing performance. By using our website, you consent to this data collection.
By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving marketing emails, SMS updates, and service announcements from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by replying STOP to SMS communications.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. We do not sell personal information. Personal information may be shared with trusted service providers where necessary to operate our business.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At this time, The Early Upcycled Approach does not offer standard shipping services. Products are either collected directly by the customer or delivered as part of a confirmed consultation package arrangement.
All delivery arrangements are confirmed in writing prior to payment. Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon collection or delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure appropriate transport and handling once goods are collected or received.
